¿Cómo pago mis cuotas mensuales de HOA?

Se ordenarán nuevos cupones para realizar sus pagos de evaluación de 2023. Las instrucciones se incluirán en su nuevo libro de cupones para realizar pagos a Truist Bank. 
Después del 31 de julio de 2023, no envíe sus pagos por correo a Sentry Management. Sin embargo, si ya se ha realizado el pago, se reenviará a Vista Community Association.

Débito directo/ACH: si desea configurar su cuenta con el programa Débito directo/Pago automático, se incluirán instrucciones en su nuevo libro de cupones. Si actualmente está en Pago automático con Sentry, deberá cancelar su Pago automático antes del 1 de agosto de 2023.

Pagos de pago de facturas: si utiliza el pago electrónico de facturas con su banco, asegúrese de cambiar la dirección postal a la dirección que se indica a continuación. El número de cuenta se proporcionará en el libro de cupones de Truist Bank.

Pagos en línea: su número de cuenta único se encuentra en el libro de cupones para pagar en Truist.com/payments  (Truist.com/payments)

Sucursal bancaria: podrá pagar en cualquier sucursal de Truist solo si tiene un cupón de Truist con usted.

What role does the Board of Directors (BOD) have ?

The BOD is the governing body for the community and has the responsibility to carry out the management and operation of the association’s business affairs in accordance with standards established by its governing documents and Florida Statute 720. The BOD must adhere to governing documents which dictate what the board must do.

HOA boards also uphold certain fiduciary duties and make decisions in the community’s best interests. Furthermore, because board members are volunteers elected into their positions, they also do not receive a salary.

HOA board members do not get preferential treatment or perks. They follow the rules of the association and must pay assessments just like regular homeowners.  There are also volunteer committees to support the community.

Architectural Review Committee’s purpose is to protect and enhance the property owners’ investment in the Community, by maintaining the tasteful and aesthetically pleasing architectural design of the community, in harmony with surrounding structures and the environment.

Events Committee The committee coordinates social events for the community in conjunction with the BOD.
